Our pride is reflected in the faces of our children. District #19 is a unit district serving students from preschool through grade 12. The middle/high school and the elementary school are located within a block of each other in the town of Hebron. Each classroom throughout the district is equipped with computers that have internet access. Additionally, District #19 has a mobile computer lab. Some classrooms throughout the district have full-fuctioning, computer-driven interactive white boards available for classroom instruction. The district’s curriculum is aligned to the Illinois State Learning Standards with an emphasis on reading, writing, and mathematics. The needs of all students are met through various programs including: special education, English Language Learners (ELL), Title I, Reading Improvement, and Response to Intervention (RtI) services. Our parents, staff, and other community members are always willing to volunteer and offer support. Evidence of this can be seen from the many volunteer organizations including: PTO, NOTES, Booster Club, and the Community Advisory Council (CAC).
