PLEASE NOTE: For your child to start on the first day of school, they will need to be registered by Wednesday, August 9, 2017.
BEFORE you visit our district to register a student, please read the following information:
During normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), call 815-648-2442 ext. 1526 to schedule your registration appointment. No Walk-in registrations will be accepted. You must call and schedule an appointment. If you call after hours, please leave a clear message with your name and telephone number on our voice mail so we may contact you for scheduling.
All required documents must be completed and brought with you during your scheduled appointment for your student to attend District 19 Schools. We cannot keep your appointment if you are missing documents.
Please make all arrangements to obtain these items before scheduling your enrollment appointment. Due to limited space in our registration office, we have a very small space for you to complete forms that are incomplete when you arrive to enroll your student.
If you paid registration fees online via ePay, your child is still not considered registered until we have received all paperwork back in the District Office.
If you have questions about the enrollment process or paperwork you need, please call before your appointment. Your child will not be allowed to attend school without all documentation.
