Students, staff, and parents across Illinois have an opportunity to participate in the eighth annual statewide Illinois 5 Essentials survey. As a parent, this opportunity will allow you to share your thoughts on the important elements of school effectiveness in a survey about our school. The parent survey (available in English and Spanish) is now open and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. One survey may be completed and submitted for each child by either parent.
