📢 A Message to AHHS Parents & Students & Staff,
Don't forget—April 11th is the official ACT/PreACT testing day for AHHS 9th-11th grade students! Testing will begin first thing in the morning, so it is important that students arrive on time.
📍 Location:
➡️ Report directly to your assigned testing classroom.
➡️ If you are unsure of your testing location, check the Room Assignment chart posted in the HS Office or HS Teacher Classrooms.
⏰ Dismissal Information:
✔ ACT/PreACT students will be dismissed once the last testing room has completed the test (approximately 11:50 AM).
✔ Bussing will NOT be provided after dismissal.
❗ Parents of 9th or 10th grade students: Please call or email the AH High School Office by April 10th to give permission for your son/daughter to go home after the testing dismissal time.
✔ Students who do not go home will report to Lunch, followed by Study Hall for the remainder of the school day.
✅ Items Allowed for Testing:
✔ Sharpened No. 2 pencils
✔ An approved calculator
✔ Optional items: A watch (non-smart)
✔ Snacks and drinks will be provided for breaks
🚫 Items NOT Allowed:
❌ Any electronic devices (cell phones, smartwatches, fitness trackers, media players, iPads, headphones, cameras, etc.)
❌ Textbooks, books, notes, scratch paper, or reference materials
❌ Highlighters, colored pens/pencils, or correction fluid/tape
📌 Seniors will have a Post-Secondary Exploration Day.
