One lucky student rolled up to school in style with Chief Gumble in a police car after winning the Spring Fling raffle! Don’t worry, no trouble here… just a VERY cool ride to school! 😎✨

Then we gave a huge Giants sendoff to Nely as she headed to STATE for the 3200m run! 🏃‍♀️💨
Good luck, Nely! We are all cheering you on from back home and can’t wait to hear how you do! 💚🤍

*** A huge congratulations to Kate Weber for breaking the school record for Triple Jump on Wednesday at the Girl's Sectional Track Meet. Kate jumped 29' 11 1/2 " to break the record of Jennifarre Urch that she held since 1995. And we also have a State Qualifier!! Nely Alvarez qualified for State in the 3200 m run . Congratulations and great job Nely !! Good luck at State next week. ***

*** HS 2026 Football mandatory Player & Parent Meeting 7:30 tonight in the gym. We will go over all paperwork, summer schedule, camp's and season information. Some things have changed schedule wise so it is important that a parent attends this meeting to sign all necessary forms and be aware of the scheduling changes. We are looking forward to another great year of Giant Football. ***

*** Senior Night for Baseball & Softball tonight vs. South Beloit. Senior presentation for JP will take place at 4:15 prior to the baseball game. The presentation for Briana, Brooke and Olivia will take place right after the Softball game. Congratulations to all of our Giant Seniors!! ***

*** Attention HS Football Players and Parents there will be an informational meeting next Wednesday night 5/13 at 7:30 for all returning players and all new players and incoming Freshman. We will go over the summer schedule, workouts, speed and agility, camps, practices and all paperwork required for next season. It is mandatory that at least one parent/guardian attends this meeting to sign paperwork. Schedule wise things have changed with the IHSA "Dead Week" and start of practice so things will be somewhat different schedule wise for this year. We will go over everything with you. We are looking forward to another great year of Giants Football ***

*** Attention We have added a make up MS Track Meet home vs. Emmons for next Monday the 4th at 4:15. We have also added our HS Track team to the Meet on Wednesday the 6th along with TOCA's HS team. They will be running along with our MS team and Grass Lake and Prairie Crossing. Should be a great night of "Old School Track". We will be recognizing all of our Seniors at 6:00 that night during the meet. *** Senior Night for Baseball & Softball will be on 5/13 vs. South Beloit. ***

Students brought history to life by creating museum-style exhibits exploring important events through research, multiple perspectives, and credible sources. Each project included a visual display, a researched topic, and a written paper, all presented for evaluation by our board and teachers.

We are proud of their hard work, creativity, and thoughtful analysis!
